What Is Spondylosis???

Spondylosis (spine arthritis) is one of the most common causes of spine pain and stiffness once you are aged over fifty. Spondylosis is further categorized depending on the region of the spine that it is present.
  • Cervical Spondylosis  
  • Thoracic Spondylosis  
  • Lumbar Spondylosis 


Everyday "wear and tear" damages your spinal joints. In advanced stages, spinal arthritis can be painful and deteriorate into other conditions when the nerves become pinched (eg sciatica).
Unfortunately, there is no cure. But the good news is that there are numerous ways making your life easier via the correct                                                                management of the condition.

  • Maintain body weights within limits as calculated with BMI
  • Resume good and healthy habits in day today life, Be more active and do regular work out. 
  • Proper exercises for low back, core muscles, hip and leg muscle strengthening.
  • Avoid self exercises, proper exercises prescription in important.
  • Avoid sedentary life style and junk food.
